As I sit here watching my Dear Swami give Darshan and look back at the past week of prayers I can only look deep within my heart and think how lucky and everyone is that gets to experience this time with Him.
The temple inauguration was finished last night with Lord Narasimha looking like the super effulgent Lord that He is. As the curtain opened and we got the first glimpse of His effulgence tears were seen in many a persons eye that was here.
The energy form the Darshan is radiating as usual and so pure that it is like being in a bath of spiritual milk.
Jai Jai Jai Jai Jai Jai
Finding the Divine through Love is the essence of everything we do and is the truth behind all spirituality. No matter what path you walk that is where they all meet, Love. Love for the Divine, Love for each other and Love for ourselves.

Sri Swami Vishwananda PT1
The expectation of Sri Swami Vishwananda’s visit had reached it’s climax. We had been planning, talking and some what going round in circles over events that would take place during His visit.
The day He landed was excitement as everyone was eagerly preparing and rushing to meet Him at the airport. At present we only get two visits a year from Swami and everyone here laps up each moment with Him that they can. It is wonderful to see the smiles on everyone’s faces and feel the love emanating from their heart.
His first port of call was Durban where He was to do a chapel opening. I was only to see Him Tuesday night at the airport on his arrival in Johannesburg. The hardest part about meeting Swami to me is actually the anticipation and waiting to meeting Him as you stand in arrivals hall. That first glimpse of Him through the doors can only but bring a smile to your face. I know for me and many others around the world this is how we feel as we anticipate His arrival.
Looking into Swami’s eyes is like is like being taken to Heaven. My heart always melts and I know in my heart the purity and genuineness of the Soul sitting inside Him.
He is with us for 6 Days and I know we will all lap as much up as possible as our next time with Him may only be December

Experience vs. Knowledge
Recently I was going through the net and having a look what variations of Yoga are on the market and how people are going to this course and that course. Each course in its own right promising the participant this or that outcome.
How much time do we spend attending these courses, taking in new ideas and learning new ways in which to bring peace to our self? We want to have God realization and self realization and go about learning all these ways and stack up all this knowledge that we can recite and help others to find that elusive truth.
We need to realise that knowledge without experience is like having a book in your library but not actually having read the book and experienced what is between the covers. We need to experience what we know so we can make it our own. Everyone’s path to the remembrance of who they are is different. We are all individuals inside this unity of one. That is the beauty of this existence we can be one yet we are all individuals and it is this very reason that we need to make any knowledge our own and experience that knowledge how it works for us. But we must experience that knowledge and not just keep it as knowledge.

June Insights
So often in life it is very easy for us as people having this human experience to loose focus and track of were we actually going or were we actually want to go and end up. The world in which we live is designed to stimulate every sense of ours taking no prisoners but attracting us and attaching us to various elements of its nature.
People that come to me for healing ask the same question that others have asked. How does one rise above this never ending cycle of sense gratification that leaves us feeling unfulfilled and having to work harder to find the peace and love inside of us? Each action whether viewed as wrong or right by us or others is created and acted out by us. So we should own those actions and thoughts and own up to them. We need to be conscious of what we are doing every second of every day so that as Ghandi says “happiness comes when what we think, say and do are in harmony.
Medically speaking the body is pretty much split in two, everything below the head and everything above the head namely the mind and body. Adding the third and critical element the soul we see the depth to Ghandi’s quote as when the mind, body and soul are in harmony we are focused, motivated and moving in the direction we consciously choose.
We often blame the mind for leading us off track away from where we ultimately want to go. Are we not the creators of our reality? Do we not create the experiences that our mind uses as a gauge for future experiences? We must realise that we are the mind, we are the body and we are the soul. We are all of these and we need to remember that fact. We need to take ownership of these three elements of our human experience. Once we take ownership of the direction our soul wants to go and guide the mind to lead the body there we will find ultimate peace.
In order to do this we need to come from the foundation of unconditional love. For that is all that your soul wants to give and enjoy. It is all that you search for day and night on your path to remembrance of who you truly are. When we are operating from the foundation of unconditional love we are operating from the heart. Have you ever noticed that what the heart wants the mind will follow without question. The process does not work the other way round. The mind when acting without the hearts leaves one feeling disjointed and unsatisfied and a search to reconnect to the heart resumes again and again till you reconnect with the heart.
Become unconditional love even for one second and feel the remembrance of who you are. Take it step by step and consciously work to become that which you seek.
